I really enjoyed reading your report @Kay_01, and I have downloaded all your photos to be able to loook through them more thoroughly in the future! I am reconstructing my website on my dad's boats for two reasons ... 1) It's about time 2)He would have been 100 years on March 1st. I have plans to make separate pages with modelboats, and have hopes that it's OK with you to use some of your photos. I will send you a notice when I get there. The older engine is a Swedish one called TRIM. My dad bought it during WW2 and competed successfully with it until about 1960.

The Bolinder's Factory in Stockholm produced seven different models of Trim between 1933 and 1940. My dad had a Trim CP 18 hp from 1939. He modified it several times and my guess is that it gave just under 30 hp in the end.
