for the hull I used the poyester resin and G4.J have used 25g of fiber to the inside floats.
I have put al the rear battery compartment .but weight is always! view photos.
Can be a mistake for the resin that gives too much weight.
Jo-s, to the center of gravity I do not know!.

Which is the weight of your driver? I am not an expert but you could try to work on that: you may reduce the weight, for istance carving parts of the body out from balsa wood, or move the driver, as it is, until you achieve a better centre of gravity.

Le pilote pèse 233g , c'est le mêm pilote que mon Atomite .
Mais même sans le pilote , il est trop lourd
