You probably remember the 445 Poncelet I had shown Bigge?

I think I have solved the problem of bouncing of the boat on the water.

I put forward the center of gravity (more forward)

I added a wing to the outboard (above the propeller)

and most importantly (I think) I went down the engine. The propeller is deeper in the water.
