Hello ..my name is Graeme and I live in New Zealand.I am a licenced Aircraft Engineeer,and model aircraft flyer.
Also have a love of fast boats and in my earlier days raced one of these racers so am interested in now building a model of one.I have two of the science and mechanics boat builders books from 1961 with four of these boats in.
There is Spitfire,hasty Hornet,yellow jacket and scat cat. Now to decide which one to build.

nice that you have found us!

That's really cool, we now even have mates from downunder. For now you are, as far as I can tell, the member who's furthest away from the origin of the 152vo-class.

Of the four boats you mentioned the ScatCat, to my best knowledge, has not been built as an 152vo-model yet. So if you choose her it would be nice if you would do a building report. On the other hand, if you think you need some help with the build, you'd better choose a boat that is often built and where every possible question has already been answered.

You could also look here, if there might be another boat which you like even better. There's also some links to the plans. Or you could check here if there's maybe already a model plan for the boat of your choice.

Thanks for the wellcome chaps.....I have decide to go with the Scat Cat and do my own plans.
need to do a different boat and will do a build log along the way.
