Interesting discovery. The boat does look like a 1952 General Marine Speedliner Corsair Model 510. Some one has added height to the transom so a pleasure non racing engine could be used on the boat. It also appears to be missing the floor board in the rear where the driver would kneel. It has a Quincy throttle and unknown steering wheel.

Sure it's a Quincy throttle? It's definitely not the well-known Visumatic V100. Maybe another type?
Looks more like a Keller, but not exactly the type I know.

Jo I think you are correct on the throttle not being a Quincy. I down loaded the picture and then blew it up in Photo Shop and it looks like it a contemporary make called a Finson. The cut outs in the frame look like one I just sold.

I just had another look at the pictures: is there a 2nd person on the deck of the boat?
