Ich heisse Erwan, ich bin Französisch, und ich spreche kein Deutsch...

I am thinking for quite a long time now about building a 152-VO RC boat, starting with a Foo-ling model.

I just started the construction based on famous drawing, but in order to start in a correct way, I have a question that I would like to clarify, regarding the distance between each "board".

I printed the base on A4 papers that I put together, and confirmed that the scale is OK by measuring on the "scale on paper"...

I have put each wood support according the drawing, which makes between support 1 and 2 a distance of 14.9cm, and between support 2 and 3 a distance of 13.5mm.



My problem is that it s written on another document, that support 1 to 2 shall be at 15.6cm distance each, and support 2 to 3 shall be at 13.7cm distance each other.



I do not know what s correct and what s wrong, I fear to start with wrong "set-up".

I checked length and width on my printed drawing, it seems to be correct (length 64,2cm and width 25cm)

Would somebody be able to help me to clarify this?

I will then keep you posted on the progress of building the boat.

Yes, I saw that there is several french builders here

During the week end I will cut the "skeleton" of the boat. I hope that I will get answer to my doubt to start assembly next week

welcome in our community, we will help you as good as we can Most of our members use the plans from user ANDY. You can send him a message and ask him for the plan. He has it in size A0 which you can print in a copy shop. On his plan the distances are 235/156/137/117 mm, as shown in your sketch (I think the sketch is a copy from Andy's plan).

Yes, that's the drawing from Andy that I use. I see, I used the small files from Andys package that I put together but bot the A0. By checking deeper, it s true that it seems the A0 file seems much better.

I will print it in a shop and will start again, hopefully I was just at the beginning
